Can I change my order once I’ve finalised it?
As long as the order hasn't been dispatched, then you can change it. Please contact us to enquiry on the status of your order.
When will my order ship?
Total shipping time includes:
1. Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 days for processing of your order from our offshore warehouses and suppliers.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping generally takes 10-15 days via ePacket (Unites States Postal Service) to arrive to countries such as United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Singapore and Hong Kong.
For other destinations, please contact us for International shipping rates.
Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The customer will be for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, bank deposit (Australian customers only) and credit cards.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy about your order. We are happy to offer refunds on returns received within 30 days of the original invoice date if you have received the wrong item or a defective item. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days after receiving your order so that we can assist you. Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your garment retains its original quality.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the size is incorrect as your item has been made to order.
We inspect all returned items and items returned to us worn or with stains on them cannot be accepted. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred for items shipped to us worn, altered, stained, or damaged.
Please remember to include your return form.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable, except in cases where we have made an error. If you have received the wrong item, please notify us at email@example.com ASAP so that we can ship out the correct item to you.
